• Bachelor's or Technical Degree Required (computer science, information systems, business administration or other industry-related curriculum)
• 5+ or more years as developer on end-user applications and back-end services.
• 3+ or more years developing J2EE Web applications and/or using “Open Source” software.
• 2+ years of experience working with Java 8 and above.
• 2+ years leading teams.
• Languages: Java, PL/SQL, JavaScript, SQL ANSI.
• Frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, MyBatis, Java Server Pages.
• Technologies: Docker, JSP, JSTL, Servlets, JavaBeans, ORM, JMS and Tomcat.
• Databases like: Oracle, MariaDB, MongoDB and others (Hive, HBase, etc).
• Knowledge of SDLC frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, UML Artifacts, Agile Iconix, etc.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Business Patterns and Enterprise Design Patterns.
• Knowledge of Software Engineering Best Practices like: Static Code Analysis, OWASP, Dynamic Analysis, Fuzz Testing.
• Extensive experience of Continuous Integration and microservices.
• Extensive experience on Object Oriented Analysis and Design leveraging UML notation.
• Extensive experience with Java development environments such as Eclipse, SparxEA, etc.
• Extensive experience working with JPA, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Apache Storm, etc.
• Extensive experience with engineering environment tools such as JIRA, Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Crucible, etc.
• Experience with Model Driven Development (MDD), Domain Driven Design (DDD), Roundtrip Engineering within a structured execution environment.
• Extensive experience implementing solutions leveraging an SOA paradigm approach.
